To streamline the registration process and minimize administrative time, AIGA Iowa maintains the following registration policies, effective March 1, 2011.
Membership Cards
Members, bring your membership card to the event to receive your preferred admission price. Don't have a card? Log into my.aiga.org, click on My Account and scroll down to My Service Requests.
Walk-in Policy
Unless noted otherwise, event registration closes the day prior to the event. Walk-ins are welcome but will need to add $5 to the ticket price and pay at the door. Sorry, we cannot guarantee meals for walk-ins.
Cancellation + No Show Policy
Please be considerate: if you've registered for an event but can't make it, contact us so we can keep an accurate headcount.
If we receive your cancellation 24 hours in advance of the event start time, you will receive a refund. Member no shows will be billed for events at the non-member price.
Event Photography
Participants agree that any photographs of participant become the property of AIGA Iowa and may be used for promotional purposes.
